How does the booking process work ?At Pure Piano Tutoring, we want to make sure every student is paired with the right teacher. Here’s how it works: Step 1: First contact Reach out via our contact form, email, or live chat. This first step allows us to understand your musical background, your goals, and what you’re looking for in a teacher. Step 2: Teacher connection Based on your needs, we recommend the most suitable teacher. Your teacher will then contact you directly to introduce themselves and discuss a convenient time slot for your first lesson. Step 3: Booking your lesson Once you and your teacher have agreed on a time, you simply return to our website to book and secure the slot. This process ensures you always start with the teacher best suited to you, while keeping scheduling and payment easy and transparent.
-
What happens if I cancel a lesson last minute ?If you need to cancel a lesson less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and your teacher is unable to reschedule, a 50% retainer fee will be charged. This fee helps protect the teacher’s time and preparation. Exceptions may be made in the case of illness, at the company’s discretion. Why is there a 50% fee? Our teachers dedicate time to preparing your lesson and keeping the slot available for you. The retainer fee ensures fairness for both students and teachers when cancellations happen at short notice. What if my teacher is able to reschedule? If your teacher can offer you a new time slot that works for you, there is no fee — your lesson is simply moved. What if the teacher cancels? In the rare case that your teacher cancels and no reschedule is possible, you will receive a full refund or credit for the missed lesson.
