What happens if I cancel a lesson last minute ?

If you need to cancel a lesson less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and your teacher is unable to reschedule, a 50% retainer fee will be charged. This fee helps protect the teacher’s time and preparation. Exceptions may be made in the case of illness, at the company’s discretion.

What if my teacher is able to reschedule?
 If your teacher can offer you a new time slot that works for you, there is no fee — your lesson is simply moved.

What if the teacher cancels?
 In the rare case that your teacher cancels and no reschedule is possible, you will receive a full refund or credit for the missed lesson.
