These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Pure Piano Tutoring services and website. By booking lessons with Pure Piano Tutoring, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Lesson Policy below.

 

1. Company Information

 

Pure Piano Tutoring – London, UK.We arrange piano lessons between students and independent teachers, and manage bookings and payments.

 

2. Use of Services

 

The website and booking system are provided for arranging piano lessons with teachers registered through Pure Piano Tutoring.You agree to provide accurate details when booking and to update us if your information changes.All lesson arrangements are subject to availability.

 

3. Payments

 

All lesson fees must be paid to Pure Piano Tutoring.Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, cash, or manual invoice (payment after lessons by arrangement).Pure Piano Tutoring does not accept direct payments made to teachers unless expressly authorised.

4. Lesson Policy (Student Agreement)​

4.1 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (50% of the lesson price will be retained).

  • If a teacher cancels, the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost.

4.2 Student Responsibilities

  • Students must be punctual and prepared for lessons.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for lessons at home.

  • Respectful behaviour towards teachers is expected at all times.

4.3 Packages & Validity

  • Lesson packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Unused lessons after this period are forfeited.

4.4 Liability

  • Pure Piano Tutoring acts as an intermediary between students and independent teachers.

  • Pure Piano Tutoring is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during lessons at the student’s home, teacher’s studio, or online.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, and lesson preferences when you book lessons.

6.2 Use of Data

  • Your data is used exclusively for lesson scheduling, communication, and administration.

  • We may contact you by email, phone, or SMS regarding your bookings.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

6.3 Storage of Data

  • Data is stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR.

  • We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services.

6.4 Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data,

  • Request correction or deletion,

  • Withdraw consent for data processing.

7. Termination of Services

  • These Terms remain in effect while you continue to take lessons.

  • Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.

  • Pure Piano Tutoring reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of misconduct, breach of Terms, or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
